Detailed Itinerary For 7 Days Bird Watching Safari Uganda
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe international Airport
Upon arrival at the Entebbe international airport you will be picked by All Uganda Safaris Ltd safari Guide and transferred to your reserved Hotel in Kampala where you will rest as you prepare for tomorrow’s activities.

Day 2: Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After a morning breakfast, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park travelling southwestern part of Uganda to the stunning western Rift Valley with a stop at the Equator for photographs and buying some souvenirs.
Embark to the journey to the park with a lunch stop at Igongo Cultural Center in Mbarara town. Upon arrival at the lodge check in and head for a thrilling evening game drive in the Kasenyi plains to spot out a lot of bird species and wild creatures. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and evening Boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel
After a morning breakfast, you will head for a morning Game drive in the Kasenyi plains. The park not only offers exceptional wildlife game viewing, but also an awesome birding experience for birders. The drive takes you through a large open savannah grassland plains home to huge flocks of white stork and Saddle-Billed.
Plains contains many raptors such as Brown snake Eagle, Marsha Eagle, African harrier hawk, Bateleur, Grey Kestrel, Walberg’s Eagle.
Return to the lodge for rest and lunch, later head for an evening boat cruise on Kazinga Channel to view a thousands of hippos, elephants including many migratory bird species such as white winged black-Terns, Pink and white Backed Pelicans, Grey-headed Gulls, African Skimmers, Mourning Dove and the water Dickers. Retire to the Lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 4: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After a morning breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi known as “The Switzerland of Africa”. Upon arrival check in to your reserved lodge and then head out to explore Lake Bunyonyi the Deepest Lake in Uganda. Retire to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Visit Islands and an after Nature Walk
After a morning breakfast at your lodge, you will head for a canoe to explore various islands as you enjoy the prolific birding life.
Back to lodge for lunch with an evening nature walk to Mukoni Village as move past small farms with an impressive views as you look for many bird species like Red-chested sun Birds, Black Kite, Swamp Flycatcher, African Hobby, Scarlet-chested, white headed saw-wing, Bronze-chested sun bird. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Back to Kampala
This last day at the Lake Bunyonyi you have an early morning breakfast and then check out and transfer back to Kampala with lunch en-route at Agip Hotel in Mbarara town. Embark to the journey to Kampala and you will be dropped off at your Hotel in Entebbe.
Day 7: Visit the Botanical Gardens in Entebbe
Have a morning breakfast at your Hotel, you will view botanical Gardens in Entebbe to spot out many bird species like the Uganda crested Crane, great Blue Turaco, Red-chested sun Birds, Black Kite, Swamp Flycatcher, African Hobby, Scarlet-chested, white headed saw-wing, Bronze-chested sun bird among others.
