Our adventure begins with an early departure from Kampala. Our first stop is at the Equator, where you can take a quick break, jump between hemispheres, and capture those one-of-a-kind photos! We’ll continue to Mbarara town for lunch, then journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an afternoon game drive as we make our way to the lodge. Once you arrive, check in, relax, and let the beauty of the park set the tone for your adventure. We are here to make your stay unforgettable!
Day 2: Game Drive and Kazinga Channel
After an early breakfast, we’ll set out on a morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector of the park. Get ready for unforgettable wildlife sightings, with the chance to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and a wide variety of birds amid breathtaking scenery.
Following lunch, we’ll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. With its stunning views and incredible birdlife, it’s a paradise for bird enthusiasts and photographers alike. We’ll return to the lodge in the evening for a restful night.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and Relaxation
Today, we’ll explore Kyambura Gorge, also known as the “Valley of Apes.” This is your chance to track chimpanzees in their natural habitat, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the park. Along the way, you’ll also enjoy a scenic nature walk with amazing wildlife sightings.
After an exciting morning, we’ll return to the lodge in the afternoon for some well-deserved relaxation, giving you a chance to unwind and reflect on your safari experiences so far.
Day 4: Scenic Drive and Return to Kampala or Airport
On our final day, we’ll take a different route as we head back, passing through the foothills of the stunning Rwenzori Mountains. We’ll stop in Fort Portal, a charming town known for its tea plantations and views of the “Mountains of the Moon.” From there, we’ll continue on to your preferred drop-off point, whether it’s Kampala or the airport.
