Our 11 days Uganda safari Experience Starts from Entebbe and ends in Entebbe or Kigali Airport Rwanda depends on the request, On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and then transfer you to your hotel in Kampala.
Day 1: Arrival
Arrival at Entebbe and meet our staff to welcome you and brief you about the entire journey. Continue to your hotel for your overnight and dinner at Grand Imperial Hotel
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, drive to Murchison falls national park with a stopover in Masindi for your lunch. Continue for your journey to the park. The park has a recorded number of 76 mammal species and 450 bird species. Depending on your time of arrival, drive to “The Top of the Falls” for a breathtaking sight of the raging Nile as it forces its way through a rocky gap barely six meters wide. Overnight stay at Pakuba Safari Lodge
Day 3:The Boat cruise on the river Nile
Start the day with an early morning game drive in search of the wild game that are unique to the African Savannah like giraffes, antelopes, lions, elephants and the Uganda Cobs. The bird life is also impressive, with the eagle and the rare shoebill being among the prized sightings. During your game drive, you are able to view the Congo Blue Mountains, on a clear morning. After lunch, go for an afternoon launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise takes you to the bottom of the thundering falls expect to see crocodiles, schools of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of water birds. Dinner and Overnight at Pakuba Safari Lodge
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After an early breakfast, embark on your journey from Murchison Falls National park the Albertine escarpment of the western rift valley to Fort portal town with lunch enroute. The drive will bring you closer to the spectacular views passing through verdant country side, tea plantations and traditional homesteads. Arrive late in the evening.
Dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge / Chimpanzee Forest Lodge.
Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking
Go for an early morning chimpanzee trek in Kibale National Park. Have Lunch after the trek and continue for the afternoon village walk that will take you through the Bigodi swamp, visiting the local homesteads and getting to know their way of life. Return to the lodge for your Dinner and overnight stay at Primate Lodge/ Chimpanzee Forest Lodge.
Day 6: Hot Springs in Semliki
After breakfast Visit Semliki National Park. This park has fantastic scenery, hot springs, forest walk, amazing birdlife, primates viewing and Semliki River meanders. At “Mungu Ni Mukubwa’’ while in the mountains, the road offers scenic views of the meandering river, fuming hot springs and tropical rain forest.
Visit the Bambuti (pygmy) community. Have a picnic lunch at the Sempaya hot springs and then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey. Dinner and overnight stay at Elephant HAB Lodge / Simba safari Camp.
Day 7: Kyambura Gorge and Boat cruise on the Kazinga channel
Rise before the sun and drive to Kyambura Gorge for a thrilling Chimpanzee trek. Your guided walk may last three to five hours and in addition to seeing the chimps, the trip may yield sightings of the colobus monkeys, baboons, red tailed and vervet monkeys plus other primates. It is important to note that the chimpanzee safari is subject to availability of permits and good weather because occasional flooding can make the trails impassable. Return to the lodge for lunch and take an afternoon Launch cruise on Kazinga Channel. The cruise is a wonderful way to see the hippos, buffalo, Elephants, and the occasional Nile crocodile (which up until recently did not inhabit this area) and a spectacular bird watching on the river-bank. Many who experience the launch cruise consider it the highlight of their entire African safari. Return for dinner and overnight stay at the Elephant HAB Lodge / Simba Safari Camp.
Day 8: Game drive in the Ishasha sector
Have breakfast and where after go for the morning game drive to catch-up with the early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. You will most likely meet grazing Hippos, Elephants, and Lions, spotted Hyenas, bush bucks, water bucks, striped jackals, comical warthogs and the elusive leopard.
Drive further along the deep and wide dry craters that are occupied by savanna grass and acacia trees. The drive takes you through the unique western rift valley escarpment and continue to the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park – the Ishasha sector. Lunch break where after you go for a late evening game drive in search of tree climbing lions.

Day 9: Bwindi impenetrable National Park
Early breakfast then take on another game drive in search of tree climbing lions on your way to Bwindi where you will arrive in time for a late lunch. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home of the rare mountain gorillas. Apart from gorillas, there are a wide variety of primates to see including the blue and red tailed monkeys. The forest itself is lush and green and there are streams running through it. Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Lodge / Silverback Lodge.
Day 10: Gorilla tracking
On your Uganda tour Gorilla tracking is the most lovable activity to do,, After breakfast, Go for your briefing at the park headquarters to prepare you for an encounter with the rare Mountain Gorillas. The thrill of your encounter will erase the difficulties of the potentially strenuous trek. Bring jungle boots and rain jackets because the park is often wet. Spend time in awe watching the gorillas go about their activities. Each encounter is different and has its own rewards, but you are likely to enjoy the close view of adults feeding, grooming and resting as the youngsters frolic and swing from vines in a delightfully playful display. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a magnificent green swathe of dense rainforest, so ancient that survived the last ice age. A recently proclaimed World Heritage site, it’s one of the most biologically diverse areas on earth and its unique, precious flora sustains roughly half of the world population of mountain gorillas – believed to number just 600. There’s also a substantial chimpanzee population and research shows that Bwindi is the only forest in Africa in which these two apes live together. Return for dinner and overnight at Buhoma Lodge /Silverback Lodge.
Day 11
Have Breakfast and embark on your journey back to Kampala. The journey takes about 9 – 10 hours of driving and may require you to stay for an overnight in Kampala else a late flight is recommended. A brief stop at Igongo Cultural Centre is so rewarding where also an African Buffet introduces you to the best of Uganda’s delicacies.
