Day1: Pick up Kigali to Bwindi Uganda

Depending on your point of location, our driver guide will pick you up from Kigali International Airport or your hotel, brief you about the tour. Before you set off the journey to Uganda, you will have an opportunity to tour the city of Kigali and incredible sites to visit includes genocide war memorial centers. After touring the Kigali city, you will embark on a 4 hours’ drive to Bwindi through the Katuna ‘’Uganda Rwanda border’’. After Katuna you will head to Rushaga in Bwindi. This driving journey offers you an opportunity to view the beautiful countryside and landscapes in Rwanda and Uganda. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and Departure

You will wake up very early have breakfast. then our guide will pick you and take you to the park offices where you will be briefed about tracking gorillas in Bwindi. Then after, you will meet up with the park ranger guide to allocate you to assigned gorilla group and if you have heavy luggage can hire a porter at a cost 20USD to pull you to and from. The lodge should arrange for you packed lunch and mineral water bottle. Gorilla trekking can take 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on the location of your assigned gorilla group on that particular day.

Once you spot the gorillas, enjoy the view and take as many photos as you can for your future remembrance and try to follow instructions from the warden. After trekking, hike back at the park head quarter to receive your reward of gorilla trekking certification and then back to your hotel for freshen, drink something and checkout. Your driver guide drives you back to Kigali International Airport or your hotel.
