3 Days Nyungwe forest Safari will start in Kigali Rwanda taking you to Nyungwe forest which is the largest remaining tropical rain forest in Africa. Nyungwe Forest one of the largest remaining tropical rain forests in Africa and is rich in terms of wildlife with over 13 primate species recorded in this single location. These includes large troops of colobus monkeys that often travel in groups of 300 or more individual. Chimpanzee which is our closest relative on the earth. L’hoest monkeys can easily be spotted along the road in troops of around 10 – 20. Grey checked mangabeys, the Owl faced monkeys that is endemic to Albertine rift can also be seen while on primate walk. 3 Days Nyungwe Forest Safari Itinerary
DAY 1: Transfer to Nyungwe forest with a visit to cultural and historical sites
The guide will pick you from your hotel in Kigali Rwanda and take you to Nyungwe forest with a visit to Kings palace in Nyanza, National museum in Butare, Murambi Genocide memorial with lunch break later continue through the forest to Gisakura eastern side where you will stay, check in to you lodge for dinner and overnight stay at,

DAY 2: Early morning Chimpanzee trekking & Canopy walk in Afternoon
In the morning after breakfast, the guide will take you to the range station for the briefing and together with park guide head to the forest to track Chimpanzee our close relative with chances to see other forest monkeys. On return, you will have lunch and later go for Forest canopy walk or go to track Colobus monkeys which is the rare species but habituated to human presence. You will afterward go back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at,

DAY 3: Nature walk to waterfall & Transfer back to Kigali
On the last day, after breakfast you will go for nature walk to the waterfall in the farest trail, you have chances to see different types of monkey, birds, butterfly and enjoy the view of the beautiful water, the tree ferns and other vegetation make it a good photo scene for you. Later on return, you will be driven back to Kigali as you reach the end of your trip.
