Queen Elizabeth National Park game drives
Queen Elizabeth national park is approximately 7 hours drive by road south-west part of Uganda. The park joins Kyambura game reserve to the east which itself adjoins the Kigezi game reserve. With approximately 600 bird species and 97 animal species, the park is well-known for its profusion of wildlife. The park is also known for famous tree- climbing lions, whose males often sport black manes. Morning game drives
The morning game drive, after early morning breakfast you will begin you drive at 06:00 am, to the park offices for registration and start the drive and this drive will enable you to see and view clearly a variety of animals in the park hunting their first meal of the day. Kasenyi plains are known for sighting lions as they normally feed, alongside wonderful variety of game and predator species. The morning game drives in the park take at least 3-4 hour, after which you will return to your booked lodge for relaxation and wait for your afternoon Boat Cruise at Kazinga channel.
Evening game drives
In Queen Elizabeth National Park, evening game drives can be done anytime throughout the year though the best time is during the dry season in the months of June, July, August, September, December, January and February because during this period there is less or little rainfall. Therefore accessing roads and game drive tracks will be dry and passable.

The entrance fee to Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda is $40 for foreign non residents, $30 for foreign residents and UGX 20,000 for East African citizens and this fee is valid for 24hours.
